The program leverages Joel&#8217;s extensive expertise as an athlete, physician, and researcher\u2014a combination that is exceptionally strong both nationally and internationally. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Joel&#8217;s goal is to refine his own training and coaching model into a <strong>meticulously polished, research-based framework<\/strong> that combines:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>exercise physiology<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>medical expertise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>recovery and load monitoring<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>mental coaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilization of data and analytics<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>goal-oriented learning and data-driven leadership<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This model evolves on his own journey toward the Los Angeles 2028 Olympics\u2014and simultaneously becomes the foundation for a unique training program that Mobie helps develop into <strong>professional online courses and learning modules<\/strong>.<strong> <\/strong>Using the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.competencex.fi\/\">CompetenceX<\/a> platform, these modules can be:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>built as visual, interactive learning experiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>replicated and published for different target audiences<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>sold in a digital marketplace built around Joel&#8217;s own brand<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>utilized more broadly in the development of Finnish and international elite sports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The program represents a historic endeavor: <strong>tacit knowledge, methods, insights, and research-based practices accumulated throughout Joel&#8217;s entire career<\/strong> are captured, articulated, and shared in a sustainable way for others to utilize.
